Method
- Heat up the leftover rice in a microwave for up to 3 minutes covered.
- Flake up your cooked salmon with a fork.
- Once the rice is heated, add the mayo, soy sauce, sriracha. Mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle over the furikake rice seasoning as a garnish.
- Slice open an avocado and scoop out the pit carefully. Then slice the avocado according to your preference.
- Place the avocado on top of the rice and enjoy with seaweed sheets, kimchi or my asian spiraled cucumbers!
