Long green beans
*with the stems cut off

Smoked paprika powder

Garlic powder

Chili flakes

Instructions
Wash the green beans thoroughly and cut off the stems. Pat dry and set aside in a bowl.
Add in the spices and chili flakes. Then squeeze over the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Gently toss the green beans so that each bean is evenly coated in the spice mix.
Heat up some olive oil in a shallow saucepan on medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, add in the green beans and sauté for up to 5 mins. If you want super crunchy beans, then fry for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
