Method
- Cut open each avocado, remove the stones and scoop out the flesh.
- Transfer into a mortar or a large bowl.
- If you like a more mashed up consistency, start breaking down the avocado with a pestle or fork before adding the chopped veggies.
- Add the onions, jalapenos and tomatoes and stir in carefully to ensure the veggies don't get smashed.
- Squeeze in lime juice and sprinkle over cilantro leaves. Mix once more.
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste and enjoy!
