10-minute Pizza Bagels
Who doesn’t love pizza? I’m a pepperoni fan myself, but ordering takeout or even making pizza from scratch is both expensive and time-consuming. These 10-minute pizza bagels are a delicious, cheaper and quicker alternative!
The best part about these pizza bagels is that you can switch out the toppings and keep your costs low. If you’re hosting a kid’s birthday party, or fancy chowing these down with some friends, consider the following:
- BBQ sauce, chicken breast cubes, corn, and sliced red onion
- Bell pepper, mushroom and olives
- Sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil
- Fresh mozzarella and prosciutto
10-minute pizza bagels are a great snack to make every once in a while because it’s not the healthiest option out there. However, if you do choose to make these more often, you can try opting for whole wheat bagels and vegan cheese.
A classic topping of choice is pepperoni, though I like to use turkey pepperoni as it usually contains less fat than regular pepperoni. What you opt for is entirely up to you!
I like to use a reasonably priced pizza sauce for my base, but marinara also makes a great substitute. You could also use pesto, BBQ sauce, or an alfredo sauce if you feel like doing so.
